The state of california treating women's body without dignity?

Isn't this even more blatant an example than illegalizing abortion of taking women's freedom to use their own bodies away?

    This website is a satire site and the article is false. However, California was sterilizing its female prisoners at least up until 2010. (http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2013/nov/08/california-female-prisoner-sterilization) The article you posted is not too far from the truth...

    This is insane. How did our Supreme Court ever legitimize this practice?!?! Problematic: 1) that it ever happened and 2) that the fact that the site is satiric is not publicly stated. Briana didn't know and neither did I, so I took it for truth upon first reading. Problematic? I think so.
